1. The Government determines the term of office of the national service quality and complaints commissioner appointed under the first paragraph of section 702 of the Act respecting the governance of the health and social services system (chapter G-1.021). The term of office may not exceed 5 years.
The Government determines the remuneration, employee benefits and other conditions of employment of the commissioner.
